At DMR, our Code Consultant collaborates with design and construction teams, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure the completion and submission of permit applications in a comprehensive package. This strategic approach is designed to optimize the efficiency of permit reviews and encompasses:
- Conducting preliminary meetings w/ regulatory authority before submitting
- Assessing applications for thorough documentation
- Scrutinizing plans before submission to ensure adherence to applicable codes
- Acting as a liaison, if required, between regulartory authority, design, construction teams, and/or the client
